The Ruth Academy started as The Ruth Mentoring Project. It was founded by Dr. Nicky E. Collins in 2006 and relaunched in 2014 as a program to help women and girls discover purpose , develop as leaders and live by Faith in every area of their lives. The name was inspired by the Book of Ruth in the Bible. Dr. Nicky's heart behind the program is to provide a safe place for women to come, be empowered, grow and be released into their God-given destiny.

The Ruth Academy Mentoring program is 6-month online program that is open to women and girls from around the world. Participants will have access to a Global Community full of materials to help them push forward and emerge as the purpose-driven Godly leaders they were created to be. The program includes Live online sessions, empowerment workshops and more.
